Having trained in many different disciplines (CrossFit, circuits, gymnastics, strength, Olympic lifting and rowing) I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.

So whether it's rehabilitation after an injury or beginning your journey into training/strength training or working towards a specific goal, I can offer a personalised program, tailored to your needs.

This could be online or in person (or both!), whatever suits your lifestyle.

I've trained with Jules for around the last 10 years. She was the best CrossFit coach and I thought she'd be an awesome PT and I wasn't wrong. Apart from being a wonderful coach, she's also a beautiful human being. I've learned a lot from her and I would absolutely recommend her to all my friends.

Coming up to 50 I feel at my peak, physically & mentally – Jules isn't just an exceptional coach for fitness, she has a fountain of knowledge in so many areas of life, she listens to you and understands what you want to achieve, she keeps you accountable for what you say you want to do, shes's positive and motivating and my only regret is I didn't hook up with Jules earlier.
I started PT with Jules after a shoulder injury. She provided focussed training that accomodated my rehab and built strength without further injury. Jules pushes me out of my comfort zone but always brings me back when needed. From drilling techniques to taking care of my mental well-being, she is a constant support.
